Lardo di Cinta Senese “Il Borgo” is an excellent cured meat product made from the back fat of the Cinta Senese DOP breed of pig, typical of the Tuscan lands.

Flavoring: The lard whiskers are massaged with sea salt, black pepper and a typical Tuscan aromatic mince made from rosemary, garlic and sage.
