Salumi il Borgo is a historic company in Monteroni D’Arbia, specializing in the production and sale of typical Tuscan hams and cold cuts. Their family history is made up of craftsmanship and passion for a territory, that of Siena, with a long food and wine tradition.
They create only excellent products through their highly trained staff to ensure the highest quality at all times. Avoiding the use of preservatives and additives, following natural aging times to ensure that flavors and aromas remain unaltered.
All meat comes from certified farms in the Siena area, where pigs are raised only on natural GMO-free feed.
