Made exclusively from durum wheat semolina grown directly on the Mancini family farm and pure water, this unique pasta is produced using a special die that creates seven different shapes in a single batch: Maccherone Quadrato, Fusillone, Mafaldina, Spaghetto, Casareccia, Linguina, and Candela.
