Organoleptic Profile

• Color: Intense straw yellow with very bright golden reflections.

• Nose: The bouquet is rich and complex. The 2022 vintage expresses ripe notes of golden apple, apricot and tropical fruit (pineapple), well complemented with elegant hints of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and melted butter from the passage in wood.

• Taste: On the palate it is a full-bodied, smooth and enveloping wine. It has an important structure balanced by good sapidity, with a long and persistent finish that recalls citrus and spicy notes.

Vinification and Ageing
