Ciliegiolo Di Paolo Toscana IGT 2025 is produced in the heart of Tuscany, in Castelnuovo dell’Abate, on the southern hills of Montalcino, in the province of Siena. This renowned wine-growing area, characterized by galestro and clay-rich soils, a Mediterranean climate tempered by the breezes descending from Monte Amiata, and significant day-to-night temperature variations, provides the ideal conditions for cultivating the indigenous Ciliegiolo grape, enhancing its elegance, freshness, and remarkable aromatic expression.
In the glass, it displays a bright ruby red color with vibrant violet reflections. The bouquet is intense and fragrant, revealing enticing aromas of ripe cherry, black cherry, raspberry, and red currant, elegantly complemented by delicate floral notes of violet and subtle hints of spice and balsamic herbs.
