Grappa Sassicaia by Jacopo Poli is one of Italy’s most prestigious aged grappas, crafted from the pomace of the renowned Sassicaia, the iconic wine of Tenuta San Guido. This exclusive Special 30th Anniversary Edition celebrates the excellence of the Poli Distillery with a limited and highly collectible release.

Following traditional distillation in artisanal copper pot stills, the grappa is aged for several years in the same French oak barriques previously used for the maturation of Sassicaia wine. This unique aging process imparts extraordinary aromatic complexity, elegance, and depth.

On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of vanilla, cocoa, sweet spices, dried fruits, tobacco, and fine oak, complemented by delicate balsamic notes. The palate is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, with a refined structure and a long, harmonious finish featuring hints of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and subtle spices.
