The Monovarietale Lambrusco by the Fiorini family is a premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP that stands out for using exclusively one grape variety: the Lambrusco, which is deeply rooted in the Modena territory.

Product Features: Single Varietal Lambrusco

Unlike many balsamic vinegars that blend various grapes (such as Trebbiano and Sangiovese), this product is crafted from 100% Lambrusco grapes.

  • Flavor Profile: It is known for being highly dense and full-bodied. On the palate, it offers a rich taste with distinct notes of wild berries, typical of the Lambrusco grape.
