Olfactory Notes: Intense bouquet of yellow flowers, white peaches and lime zest, with a distinct finish of Mediterranean scrub and rosemary.
Taste: The palate is fresh, taut and mineral. It has a richer structure than the basic Vermentinos (thanks to the selected clone and terroir), with a savory finish that immediately invites a second sip.
Character: Sunny, dynamic and very clean.
